SSR Mining Seabee Gold Operation is hiring for a Site Administration .
About Your New Role :
Reporting to the Superintendent, Mine Operations, the Site Administration, is responsible for providing assistance to Supervisors and Manager for Underground.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Ensure all materials ordered are applied to the appropriate cost centers.
Ensure all mine / mill timecards are accurately entered into ADP daily.
Ensure all mine timecards are entered into the daily mine tracker for cost purposes daily.
Process mine monthly bonus for approval.
Daily entry of all 5-Point Cards and explosive reconciliations.
Organize and complete 2 week mine manpower requirements.
Review and enter daily payroll entry into ADP.
Maintain current employee’s certification files.
Review and organize attendance management forms and reports.
Create purchase requisitions, reservations, work orders and SES’s into SAP.
Maintain schedules, timesheets and vacation requests.
Ensure accuracy of daily production report in conjunction with all departments.
Provide administrative support to all mine and mine engineering personnel.
Your Knowledge and Skills :
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Must be able to work under pressure, with multi-tasking abilities and meeting deadlines.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (pivot tables / excel).
Ability to deal with all levels of staff and clients.
Strong organizational skills.
Your Education and Experience :
The successful candidate will have :
Administrative Assistant Certification is an asset.
Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in a mining industry setting.
About Our Working Conditions :
This position has a schedule of Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour work week, with the possibility of unscheduled overtime required on occasion.
You will be required to fly to the mine site for regular visits, as well be flexible with being able to work some weekends when required.
