Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canadas largest airport for the future of air travelincluding critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
JOB SUMMARY
As the Design Change and Requirements Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating design modifications to airside infrastructure across the Pearson Airport Accelerator Program. This includes overseeing the design change process from identification through implementation, ensuring all revisions are accurately captured, communicated, approved, and integrated into the construction plan. You will serve as the key liaison between design consultants, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure change impacts are assessed holistically across safety, operations, cost, and schedule.

The position will be based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, with regular visits to the site offices as required. This position is 5 days per week with core hours of work between approximately 8:00am5:00pm with 1 hour Lunch or as agreed upon with your manager.
