Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to elevate Bannister's digital infrastructure.
  • Establish the IT department from the ground up, setting up tools and processes.
  • Lead cybersecurity efforts to protect our digital assets and stay ahead of threats.
  • Integrate AI solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, ensuring minimal downtime across all departments.
  • Collaborate with dealership and corporate teams to tailor IT solutions to their needs.
  • Report directly to the CFO and COO, working closely with all dealerships and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

  • Expertise in systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity.
