Adecco is hiring a full-time, permanent Red Seal Millwright to join our client's team in Richmond, BC. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge equipment, be part of major projects, and play a key role in keeping operations safe and efficient.

Pay Rate : $48.69 / hour (plus benefits and night premium)
Location : Richmond, BC
Shift : Day shift - 6 am to 2.30 pm

Afternoon shift - 2.30 pm to 11 pm

Night shift - 11 pm - 6 am

Responsibilities :

Modify, repair, and replace machinery parts to maintain production capacity

Inspect, lubricate, and perform preventative maintenance

Handle changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments

Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and parts requirements

Participate in major installations, start-ups, and improvement projects

Take part in safety meetings and contribute to action plans

Supervise outside contractors when needed

Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following safety procedures

Be flexible to respond to off-hours maintenance needs

Qualifications :

Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright (preferred)

1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, or packaging an asset)

Welding experience (an asset)

Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and safety mindset

Own tools and ability to work professionally under pressure

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
