Job Title : Project Manager (Commercial & Institutional Construction)

Location : Edmonton, Alberta

Salary : $120,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)

Join a fast-growing General Contractor in Edmonton specializing in multi-family, commercial, and institutional projects. The contract types you will manage include Integrated Project Delivery, Construction Management, Design Build and Lump Sum types.

As a Project Manager, you will work with multiple PMs and be supported by dedicated project coordinators for your projects. Also, you will be trained on the use of Procore to ensure smooth project oversight and controls for yourself and every stakeholder little to worry about.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and collaborate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
