About the Role

At KPCA, accuracy and efficiency are the cornerstones of our data management processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible, supporting informed decision-making across the company.

If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to KPCA’s operations.

Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Maintain data integrity by verifying and cross-checking information.
Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with high accuracy and speed.

Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before input.

Update existing records and correct errors as needed.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.

Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.

Follow company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.

Assist with generating reports and providing data summaries upon request.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
