Role Summary
In this role, you're responsible for leading and guiding diverse groups, from students to adults, through engaging and enriching program activities. A key part of this is customizing programs to fit the specific needs of participants while ensuring a fun and positive experience. Your top priority is maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone involved by following safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and addressing any concerns immediately. Additionally, you'll perform general on-site duties that are essential for the smooth operation of the facility, such as maintenance, setting up equipment, and administrative tasks.
