At TELUS Digital, we accelerate the world’s access to AI by empowering organizations to unlock the full value of their data. We are seeking a dynamic Data / Business Analyst to join our AI team. In this role, you will deliver actionable, data-driven insights that inform real-time decision-making and long-term strategy. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders, leverage cutting-edge AI and analytics tools, and help TELUS advance its mission of making AI more accessible, reliable, and impactful.

What you will do daily :

Analytics & Visualization : Design and maintain dashboards and reports that simplify complex data, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with leaders across Product, Operations, and Engineering to understand their needs and ensure they have seamless access to critical insights.
Data Quality & Consistency : Collect, validate, and standardize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
Performance Measurement : Define and monitor KPIs, track performance trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and workflows; implement AI-driven analytics solutions to reduce time-to-insights.
Issue Resolution & Compliance : Proactively address data quality concerns, investigate root causes, and ensure compliance with evolving business rules and procedures.

What you already have :

Strong data storytelling and presentation skills

Ability to translate complex problems into actionable insights

Adaptability and a proactive, “can-do” mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What you need on a daily basis :

Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and statistical analysis

Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and AI-powered analytics platforms

Skilled at integrating diverse data sources and ensuring data reliability

Ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes within large datasets

Familiarity with collaborating closely with engineering and product teams

What are your qualifications :

2+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

Demonstrated success in using data to inform decisions and drive measurable results

Strong written and verbal English communication skills (CEFR B1-B2 or higher)

Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and maintain a bias for action
