Position Overview :
The Field Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and growing UROSPOT franchisees' clinics by developing and executing effective regional marketing tactics that align to the overall brand strategies. This also includes guiding them through national campaigns, digital marketing platforms, marketing asset selection, and spend recommendations. You will act as the main point of contact between clinic owners and the corporate team, working to ensure UROSPOT’s supportive and empowering brand is effectively and consistently represented in all marketing efforts. Your success will be measured by the achievement of various targets around client acquisition metrics, franchise partner satisfaction and revenue growth.

Collaboration : You will work closely with the Brand and Digital Marketing team, marketing agencies, and Field Operations Support Specialists.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Franchisee Onboarding Marketing Support :
- Facilitate clear, timely communication of UROSPOT’s marketing programs, processes, and resources to franchisees.
- Manage the onboarding and implementation of digital marketing channels within the region (brand amplifier, mailchimp, client acquisition technology),
- Educate franchisees on digital marketing best practises and daily spend adjustments on Meta and Google ad campaigns. Experience here is a must.
Local Marketing Tactic Execution :
Support Franchise partners through their local marketing plan development. This includes tactic planning and budgeting, 12 month media buys with media buyer, and asset selection or briefing with agency.Work with franchisees to develop community-specific engagement tactics that foster brand awareness and positive relationships with the community.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to help franchisees optimize local campaigns, improve client acquisition, and drive profitability.Regularly meet and visit with the Franchise Partners to strengthen relationshipsAudit monthly marketing spends by territory to ensure compliance with the Franchise Agreements.Data Analysis and Insights :
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing tactics to help franchisees make data-informed decisions.Deliver trend analysis and reporting to help franchisees and the brand team better understand client acquisition optimization.Brand Consultant :
Serve as the primary marketing consultant for franchisees, providing in-field support and expertise on UROSPOT’s competitive positioning and local market opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, operations, digital, and analytics) to optimize marketing plans that align with business objectives and franchisee needs.Tracking and Measurement :
Develop a clear measurement framework for tracking campaign success, reporting outcomes, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Required Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or franchise businessesExperience with franchise support, local market strategies, and community-focused brand buildingKnowledge and experience with Meta, Google Ads, and SEO principlesDemonstrates excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence franchisees and build rapport with internal and external partnersProficient in data analysis with strong skills in Excel and PowerPointIntegrity, accountability, and passion for UROSPOT’s valuesAbility to travel frequently for in-person clinic and franchisee visits
