About the Role

You’ll partner closely with leaders across multiple disciplines to build and support high-performing teams that drive innovation and excellence. This role combines hands-on talent acquisition with onboarding, and training - making it a great fit for someone who wants to shape the entire employee journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles across the organization.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking tools, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage top talent.
• Collaborate and coach leaders on decisions relating to the recruitment strategy and the overall candidate / employee experience
• Plan and participate in career fairs, campus / association recruitment, and co-op / internship programs to build early talent pipelines.
• Track and analyze recruitment and retention KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover, candidate experience) to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new employees are set up for success from day one.
• Support employee training programs and collaborate with leaders to identify ongoing development opportunities.
• Contribute to talent review and workforce planning processes to align people strategies with business goals.
• Act as an ambassador for the organization internally and in the marketplace by raising the SBM brand awareness at educational institutions and within the industry.
• Promote SBM's culture and Core Values to prospective candidates.
