About the Role

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join a leading Courier and Logistics organization. This hybrid roleード requires strong technical expertise in multi-platform database solutions and cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal database performance, security, scalability, and reliability to support complex data needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Development & Design :
• Design, implement, and optimize database systems across multiple technologies
• Develop efficient schemas, structures, and indexing strategies
• Performance Optimization :
• Monitor and enhance database performance, scalability, and availability
• Identify bottlenecks and implement query optimization strategies
• Deploy and manage database solutions in AWS
• Utilize cloud-native tools for monitoring, automation, and cost optimization
• Data Security & Compliance :
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Work with developers to integrate databases with applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
• Automation & CI / CD :
• Build and maintain database CI / CD pipelines
• Use IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for provisioning
• Documentation & Reporting :
• Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Compensation :

$80K - $95K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
