What youll do

Responsibilities

Youll be part of our 24 / 7 supported living program team helping adults successfully maintain

housing. Your job is to support our clients in maintaining safe and healthy living environments

for themselves and their this role you will :

• Create a safe and welcoming environment
• Facilitate meaningful daily activities
• Connect individuals with appropriate community supports
• Daily personal and apartment wellbeing checks
• Engage in verbal crisis intervention and deescalation
• Keep clear records of your work and follow Open Arms policies
• Promote dignity respect and accountability in the supported living program
• Engage in daily tasks including client engagement programming and cleaning
