Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and providing assistance to our team members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Provide support to team members as needed
Requirements
