Your new role
As a Senior Litigation Law Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting senior partners and driving forwardplex civil andmercial litigation matters. You will take ownership of files, manage deadlines, and produce high‑level substantive work with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for an experienced clerk who enjoys autonomy, handles sophisticated drafting, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a busy litigation practice.Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing a variety of civil andmercial litigation files from start to finish
- Preparing and drafting affidavits, motions, enforcement materials, power of sale documents, and other substantive litigation materials
- Applying deep knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, court forms, and the Rules of Practice
- Organizing and maintaining files in a fast‑paced environment
- Supporting senior partners and providing guidance to junior clerks as needed
- Ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely execution of all work
This role requires 4–5 days in office
