Responsibilities
- Presenting and explaining insurance options to potential clients by emphasizing the benefits and coverage details.
- SELL SELL SELL
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for record keeping and client confidentiality.
- Solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions
Qualifications
- Must have LLQP license (Life License Qualification Program)
- Experience in sales and KPIs
- Excellent English communication skills and active listening
- Emotional Intelligence and Empathy
- Previous Call Center / Customer Service experience is required
- Strong computer / multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable
