Advantages

  • $60,000 Annual Salary
  • Up to $2000 in Commission MONTHLY

Responsibilities

  • Presenting and explaining insurance options to potential clients by emphasizing the benefits and coverage details.
  • SELL SELL SELL
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for record keeping and client confidentiality.
  • Solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions

Qualifications

  • Must have LLQP license (Life License Qualification Program)
  • Experience in sales and KPIs
  • Excellent English communication skills and active listening
  • Emotional Intelligence and Empathy
  • Previous Call Center / Customer Service experience is required
  • Strong computer / multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adaptable
