Master Halco , premier fabricant / distributeur nord-américain de clôtures, de sécurité périmétrique et de notre nouvelle gamme de terrasses, de rampes et de produits d'aménagement extérieur, est à la recherche d'un professionnel expérimenté de la vente externe !

Dans ce rôle, le professionnel de la vente externe sera responsable de la performance des ventes des produits de clôture, de sécurité périmétrique et de vie en plein air de l'entreprise.

Vous passerez des appels de vente en face à face avec des clients existants et potentiels, établirez des relations d'affaires durables et trouverez de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.

Bien que vous passiez la majeure partie de votre temps sur le terrain à rencontrer des clients existants et potentiels, vous devrez travailler un ou deux jours par semaine depuis le bureau de l'agence pour effectuer des appels sortants, créer des devis et des commandes, assister les clients et effectuer des tâches administratives quotidiennes.

Master Halco , North America’s leading manufacturer / distributor of fencing, perimeter security, and new outdoor living product line is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional !

In this role, the Outside Sales Professional will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the company’s fencing, perimeter security, and outdoor living products.

You will be making face-to-face sales calls with existing and potential customers, building long lasting business relationships, and finding new opportunities for growth.

While the majority of the time will be spent in the field meeting with existing and potential customer, this position will require one or two days a week working from the branch office making outbound calls, creating quotes and orders, assisting customers, and completing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Performance des ventes :

  • Diriger les activités de vente afin de maximiser la croissance des ventes, les objectifs de marge, la part de marché et les objectifs généraux de l'entreprise.

Relations avec les clients :

  • Développer de solides relations d'affaires par le biais d'appels de vente en face à face et d'activités d'établissement de relations.
  • Cultiver la clientèle dans ce nouveau domaine d'activité
  • Déterminer ce qui motive chaque client à acheter et réagir en conséquence

Expansion du marché :

  • Mettre en œuvre et exécuter des stratégies de croissance des ventes conformes aux plans stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  • Développer une culture de la créativité dans l'approche du développement commercial
  • Collaborer avec le directeur de l'agence pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance des ventes.

Sales Performance :

  • Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives
  • Strong sales leader with solid business acumen

Customer Relationship :

  • Develop strong business relationships through face to face sales calls and relationship building activities
  • Cultivate customers in this new area of business
  • Determine what motivates each customer to purchase and respond accordingly

Market Expansion :

  • Implement and execute sales growth strategies that are consistent with the company’s strategic plans
  • Develop a culture of creativity in approach to business development
  • Work with Branch Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'associé (collège de deux ans ou école technique) ou équivalent professionnel
  • 2 ans et plus d'expérience dans la vente
  • Recherche sur Internet
  • Capacité à utiliser des logiciels pour créer des présentations, des documents Word et des feuilles de calcul.
  • Expérience réussie de la vente dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction et dans les magasins de bricolage de préférence.
  • Expérience souhaitée dans l'industrie des clôtures ou des matériaux de construction.
  • Capacité à voyager de nuit si nécessaire
  • Permis de conduire valide

  • Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de vente et de négociation

  • Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) or work equivalent
  • 2 plus years of experience in sales
  • Internet Research
  • Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
  • Successful track record of selling in the building materials industry and home center / hardware stores preferred
  • Fence or building materials industry experience desired.
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License
