Job Summary

You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to dining room guests.

How you will make an impact

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverages efficiently, following established steps of service. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of menu items and ingredients. Use specialized diets knowledge to advise guests. Communicate with back‑of‑house staff. Promptly address complaints or issues. Ensure dining room is properly set up and clean. Work with staff of other departments during special events and functions.
