- Supporting and strengthening relationships with our network of distributors and end-user clients.
- Planning and conducting training sessions for each distributor to ensure expertise on our products.
- Providing personalized advice to clients to guide them towards the products best suited to their needs.
- Providing active commercial support within the existing distribution network, showcasing promotions, contests, as well as available sales and marketing tools.
- Implementing effective promotional strategies to increase sales and support our distributors in this endeavour.
- Regularly assessing commercial performance with each distributor and developing action plans to increase our market share.
- Targeting and identifying potential new clients as well as independent distributor partners.
- Performing any other related tasks.

DCS in Metallurgy, with a focus on welding or mechanical welding, or DVS in Welding and Fitting.At least three years of technical sales experience with a distribution network.Welding and fitting knowledge, an asset.Proficiency in English, oral and written, an asset.Desired profile
