Pharmacy Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager in the Retail/Grocery Industry in Trenton, Ontario.

A typical day:

• Develop, assess, motivate and retain team members
• Must operate Pharmacy to achieve established plans and budgets
• Responsible for efficient Associates' scheduling according to business needs, ongoing associate assessment and periodic performance reviews
• Responsible for developing and executing business action plans to meet the corporate goals and developing corrective action plans based on deficiencies identified in reports (P&L, FSA visits, POAs, etc.) or by audits and DM visits
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventories in the Pharmacy by following company OBWs/SOPs (receiving inventory management, disposal of expired products), addressing all customer complaints and resolve all customer problems to ensure excellent customer experience
• Develop and establish collaborative relationships with other health care providers within the store (clinics, Vision Centre, their community etc.).
• Accept prescriptions and/or refill requests from Customers, Doctors or Hospitals
• Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely using the established workflow models and counsel all patients on sold pharmaceutical products

Successful candidates will have:
