Make an impact with our Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Assistant. This diverse team of professionals thinks outside the box to develop creative and innovative marketing programs. Responsibilities
- Process marketing requests using MNP software and systems, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution and monitor workflow and status to ensure on time delivery
- Maintain vendor relationships with all external suppliers and freelancers
- Act as liaison between the Marketing and Translation teams to support translation requests
- Manage task assignment and workflow during project scope changes
- Keep up to date with Workfront, our marketing project management software, and implement changes as necessary
- Conduct on-going reporting of workload metrics and analytics
- Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed
- Build strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and support process improvements through Workfront
- Work on special projects and act as a marketing resource as required
Skills and Experience
Post-secondary education in marketing or other related field2+ years of administration or project coordination experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with Workfront or other project management tools is considered an assetFrench language skills would be considered an asset
