You're comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and identifying the target technical and landscape architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.
The Work :
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Translate technical concepts into functional client-facing language, both verbally and in written format
- Develop solution architecture and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions through integrations with other systems
- Perform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectively
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
Qualifications
Here's what you need :
Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experienceMinimum 2 years working with SuccessFactors to SAP integrations (replication, P2P, etc.)Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating the completion of project deliverables, e.g. Functional and Technical specifications documents, etc .SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee CentralBilingual preferred (French / English)English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.Bonus points if :
