As our Bilingual Customer Engagement Coordinator (French / English)youll be the first point of contact for our customers helping ensure our financing process stays organized and efficient. From coordinating follow-ups to maintaining accurate records youll play a key role in creating a smooth positive customer experience. This position provides hands-on administrative experience in a supportive environment while giving you room to grow and advance your career.

Compensation : $17.50$19.90 per hour based on experience

What Youll Do :

• Reach out to customers who apply for financing online through phone text and email
• Collect information request documents and keep our CRM system up to date
• Stay on top of follow-ups with easy-to-use task guides
• Hand off customers to our Special Finance Managers once details are complete
• Deliver excellent service as the first point of contact making every interaction count
