Senior Machine Learning Engineer : We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex problems and improve our products and servicesResponsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities.
Expertise in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, with deep knowledge of at least one major deep learning framework (e.
g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.
g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities in AI and machine learning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project goals, and develop actionable plans for implementing AI solutions.
Conduct advanced data analysis, feature engineering, and model training / validation to extract insights and drive decision-making.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI / ML research and technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our business needs.
Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Lead initiatives to improve data quality, infrastructure, and processes to support AI / ML development and deployment.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings, insights, and technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
