Role :

As a Freelance Audio Visual Technician, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of live, hybrid, and virtual conference events. From coast to coast, you’ll work with us to deliver tailored audio, visual, and lighting solutions, helping to create outstanding experiences for our clients. You will be trusted to take ownership of technical operations on‑site and ensure that each event runs smoothly, no matter the venue size or audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and strike audio‑visual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and video technology for conferences.
• Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshooting any issues to ensure flawless presentations, keynote speeches, and panel discussions.
• Collaborate closely with the Red Tree AV team and clients to deliver customized, top‑tier solutions.
• Conduct pre‑event equipment testing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel to various conference locations across Canada, adapting to different venues and configurations.
• Support both live and virtual conference formats, ensuring a seamless experience regardless of the platform.
