Location : 1566 Gershaw Dr SW, Medicine Hat, AB
Job purpose : This positions primary responsibilities are to increase sales and profitabilityby building and maintaining strong relationships with customers primarily through phone, email, and at the sales counter.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver personalized attention to each customer, providing the best in quality service and value.Take ownership of key accounts with face-to-face interactions, company swag, showing interest in their projects, etc.Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and process POS transactions and payments at the front counterWork effectively within customer relationship management (CRM) software (creating leads, following up on leads, turning leads into orders, following up on purchases)Monitor quote success rates and watch for trends; reporting details on reasons for unsuccessful quotes in CRM software for sales lead review.Attend year-round training sessions and product knowledge seminars, pursue industry certifications when training and testing is availableWork with team mates to learn, mentor, and assist with workloadCompetencies
