Aarista Technologies is seeking a Junior System & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This entry‑level role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career IT professionals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in system administration and technical support within a modern, cloud‑based environment.

In this role, you will support our Microsoft 365 environment, assist with Exchange Online administration, help provision and maintain employee laptops, and provide day‑to‑day technical support to remote staff. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills and grow your career in IT while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licensing, and basic security settings
• Support the Exchange Online environment by assisting with mailbox setup, access issues, and basic troubleshooting
• Provision, configure, and deploy laptops for new and existing remote employees
• Ensure laptops are properly tracked, enrolled in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and kept up to date with operating system and security updates
• Provide desktop and technical support to remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist in monitoring system health and performing routine updates, patches, and maintenance
• Follow established IT policies, procedures, and best practices, and assist in their ongoing improvement
• Learn and stay up to date with new technologies and tools used within the organizationSupport additional IT projects and tasks as assigned
