We are currently hiring a Service Advisor to join the Car Innovation Lab based in our Member Contact Centre.

As a Service Advisor youre a self-starter specializing in BCAA Auto Insurance focusing on new business acquisition. As a Auto Specialist you are dedicated to delivering amazing sales service and support experiences to BCAA Members through any channel they prefer.

Who you are :

You love the insurance industry.

Growing a book of business while meeting customer needs is second-nature to you.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills through face-to-face and digital channels.

Youre an analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.

A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.

What youll do :

Support the growth of BCAAs Auto Insurance business by selling and upgrading BCAA products and services.

Consistently deliver exceptional Member experiences.

Support all aspects of thehome customer lifecycle.

Create and follow up on business leads and upcoming renewals.

Collaborate with BCAA and other suppliers Underwriters.

What you bring :

Completion of grade 12

Level 1Insurance license

Completion of Autoplan Essentials

Minimum 3 months ofgeneralinsurancesales andserviceexperience including auto insurance.

Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office 365.

Limited history of Errors and Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC.

Bonus skills : CAIB certification knowledge of ICBC systems and ability to speak other languages aside from English.

The salary range for this position is $ 42516.72 to $ 53145.96 and is determined viajob-related knowledge skills experience certifications market demand and internal addition to base salary and BCAA benefits this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12% with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
