Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, including tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for a designated group of employees.
  • Calculate and process employee wages, taxes, and deductions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll.
  • Assist with year-end payroll tasks, such as W-2 preparation and distribution.
  • Other payroll-related duties as assigned.
