Production Scheduling Clerk

Overview

The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communications, strong knowledge and application of various computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of the JW Titan System would be a definite asset. This person should have strong analytical and organizational skills, be a team player, be self motivated, work well under pressure and also have a sense of urgency with a willingness and capability to complete assigned tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Enter Order Info into Lisec Software
• Create Glass Batches using Lisec Software
• Enter All Credits using Titan
• Update Plant Schedule on Microsoft Excel and Titan
• Create Work Orders for PVC on Microsoft Excel and Titan
• Monitor PVC Stock Inventory Levels
• Print and Sort All Shop Paperwork
• Monitors and Manages Paperwork outtake daily
• Distribute Shop Paperwork to appropriate Areas
• Assist in Delivery planning when required
• Attend Weekly Inventory / Scheduling Meeting
• Assist in Plant Scheduling when required
• Answer emails and phone calls regarding scheduling
• Filing Doc Link using Excel and a scanner
• Research Projects as required by Manager
• Photocopy and scan Documents
• Other Duties as Assigned by Manager
