Our valued Public Sector client requires a Secret Cleared Senior Change Manager to develop change management artifacts and communications for the public sector department

The Real Property Branch of our public client requires the services of a Change Management Consultant with experience in developing strategies, plans, frameworks, and tools specifically for designing and implementing ongoing organizational changes.

The Change Management Consultant will provide expertise and critical support for the new branches initiatives and overall change management across various subject matter expert groups across the initiative.

Additionally, they will develop a change management strategy for the Strategic Sourcing strategy.

Tasks :

  • Develop change management strategies that reflect the real property environment that exists in the public sector department and draft plans to support the implementation of the transformation agenda.
  • Create a library of change management documents specific to the real property and strategic sourcing topics.
  • Use change management tools and strategies to provide expertise, advice, guidance and coaching for senior management and organizational stakeholders.
  • Facilitate consensus-building and brainstorming discussions and workshops with team members.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop a change management governance and management structure with a strategy for impacted stakeholders based on the level of business process and change culture maturity.
  • Conduct web-based or file research, analysis, and synthesis / summarization.
  • Identify and analyze critical success factors and risks related to initiatives and programs.
  • Undertake established change management methodologies to develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Identify performance measurement indicators to determine the effectiveness of the change management approach.
  • Build capacity among team members by sharing knowledge, expertise, tools, and methods related to transformation and change.

Must-haves :

  • 10 + years of experience in Change Management Communication
  • 10 + years in Real Property
  • 8 + years in business transformation
  • 5 + years providing services to international Businesses or relations
  • Certification for change management (i.e. Prosci ADKAR)
