Bayshore is looking to hire a Wound Care Nurse Specialist (RN) or Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (RPN) to join our amazing team. In this role you will be providing comprehensive and specialized Wound Care for our clients to ensure they receive the highest quality healthcare they need and deserve in the comfort and safety of their homes.

Job Qualification

Qualifications you currently have :

Registered Nurse / Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing

Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting.

Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC).

Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire

Current CPR certification required
