Role Overview
At Iversoft, the React Native Developer should have real-world experience building custom mobile applications from the ground up.
This developer needs to be a team player with a great personality. They need to be dependable, responsible, function well under deadlines, and work collaboratively with team mates. We are looking for a person who enjoys being part of a team and relishes the chance to learn new technologies and find innovative solutions to challenges presented by a wide variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Write great code that conforms with best practices in React and React Native
- Keep knowledge current through online learning and events
- Develop with user experience in mind, always seeking to improve the product
- Collaborate with team members across multiple disciplines (Developers, Solution Architects, QA, Project Managers & Product Owners)
- Take part in team & client meetings to understand the client’s goals, needs and wants
- Work within the team to share knowledge, contributing to technical planning and code reviews
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, planning, and estimation activities
Requirements
4+ years professional programming experience2+ years professional experience with React Native2+ years professional experience with React.js (for web)Significant involvement in the creation of at least one commercial React Native application, available on the app store(s) with real usersExperience with TypeScriptExperience with Github and JIRAExperience converting graphic designs and product requirements to production codeExperience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIsExperience working with a variety of third-party React Native librariesExperience breaking down development tasks, estimating effort, and working within those estimatesStrong verbal and written communication skills in englishNice-to-Haves
Professional experience using Nest.jsExperience with additional frontend web technologiesBackend experience, creating REST and GraphQL APIs and working with databasesExperience working within an agile team environmentAgency experienceBenefits
