Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality management processes across the organization. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with project teams, senior management, and field personnel to develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in heavy civil construction quality systems, excels in communication, and demonstrates a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Expectations
- Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate quality management system.
- Establish company-wide quality objectives and ensure alignment with project and corporate goals.
- Create and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures that comply with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight for quality control activities, including field and lab testing for soils, concrete, and other materials.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and monitor project-specific quality control plans.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze and report on quality metrics to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the key liaison between field operations, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders for all quality-related matters.
- Deliver training and mentorship to field staff and supervisors to promote adherence to quality standards and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to keep the quality management systems up to date.
- Participate in pre-construction planning and weekly look-ahead meetings to proactively address potential quality risks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the heavy civil construction industry.Comprehensive understanding of quality control processes, including soil and concrete testing.Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, including ISO Standards.Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical report preparation and presentation.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in data analysis, tracking systems, and reporting tools.Certification in Quality Management or related accreditation is an asset.Willingness to travel to project sites and remote locations as required.Salary Range : $100,000 - $150,000
