Canada’s Wonderland is home to over 300 acres of world‑class rides and attractions for the entire family, including a 20 acre water park. Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of a small crew and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner
Operate commercial / municipal maintenance equipment to assist in the completion of site clean‑up program (tractor, sweeper, scrubber, loader, vacuum, heavy truck)
Site clean‑up including pressure washing, waste handling / recovery, litter control, and general clean‑up
Assist with other duties as required
Make guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories
Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation and routine preventive maintenance of various types of heavy equipment
Candidates with a valid Ontario Driver’s license (class G / G2) with a clean abstract
Individuals that are able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools, and working in various weather conditions
People that are able to work cooperatively in a team setting
Candidates that have a reliable source of transportation, outside of public transit
Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA‑approved safety footwear
Availability to work 12 : 00 am to 9 : 00 am, rotating shift schedule (7 days on 3 days off, 7 days on 4 days off) during the summer operating season. Shift requirements change in the fall and winter seasons
