REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Education (Elementary / Middle / Secondary) degree, or equivalent training.
• A valid Teacher Regulation Branch Certificate or in progress.
• Ability to understand and effectively carry out general oral and written instructions with minimum supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively using courtesy and tact in the explanation and exchange of information.
• Ability to determine, judge and select an appropriate course of action within limits of established methods and procedures.

• A copy of your transcript (official or unofficial) for your program
• A copy of the credential received after completing your teaching program
• A copy of your Certificate of Qualification (from the TRB to teach in BC)

PLEASE NOTE

• The starting annual salary for this School Teacher position ranges from $59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
• In accordance with the Criminal Record Review Act, successful applicants will be required to consent to a Criminal Record Check prior to employment.
