Job description7 : 00AM 4 : 00PM Monday to Friday. Overtime available. 310T or 421A license. 5 years of experience working on diesel trucks and / or heavy equipment. Experience in a leadership role such as Lead Hand Shop Manager Shop Foreman Service Manager Operations Manager etc. Strong organizational skills.
MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Shop Shop Supervisor (421A) in Hamilton ON.
The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday maintenance operations of a large fleet of diesel heavy equipment and diesel trucks. This includes managing training and hiring Mechanics assisting in maintenance activity when needed ordering parts scheduling work reducing downtime etc.
Compensation :
- 44.00 $46.00 / hour to start.
