Job description

MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Shop Shop Supervisor (421A) in Hamilton ON.

The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday maintenance operations of a large fleet of diesel heavy equipment and diesel trucks. This includes managing training and hiring Mechanics assisting in maintenance activity when needed ordering parts scheduling work reducing downtime etc.

Compensation :

44.00 $46.00 / hour to start.

Shift :

7 : 00AM 4 : 00PM Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

Key Qualifications :

310T or 421A license.

5 years of experience working on diesel trucks and / or heavy equipment.

Experience in a leadership role such as Lead Hand Shop Manager Shop Foreman Service Manager Operations Manager etc.

Strong organizational skills.
