Job Summary

As our Director of Finance you'll report directly to the CEO / COO and will be responsible for building a first class scalable finance function to enable the next phase of company growth. You will identify areas for process improvement, and will be responsible for ensuring our enterprise systems set-up is fully optimised and future proofed. The Director of Finance is a strategic and leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. They provide financial guidance, analysis, and support to senior management, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and execute financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making.
• Monitor key financial indicators, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize financial performance.
• Assess and manage financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain internal controls.
