Job Type : Permanent Full-Time Onsite - Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Ontario

Reports to : Roofing Site Supervisor / Site Foreman

Wage : $35.24 per hour benefits according to Union Provincial Collective Agreement (full-time position)

What Youll Do :

Inspect and identify areas that require waterproofing

Prepare surfaces for waterproofing by cleaning sanding and smoothing

Apply waterproofing materials using various techniques such as spraying rolling or brushing

Ensure that all waterproofing work is completed according to industry standards and regulations

Monitor and maintain the condition of the waterproofing system over time

Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure effective waterproofing in all areas of a building

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities :

Hand-eye co-ordination

Physically demanding; Bending crouching kneeling handling heavy loads Large workload

Repetitive tasks overtime required work under pressure fast-paced environment.

Area of specialization :

Conventional and inverted built-up system

Modified roofing system

Rigid pre-formed roofing system

Single ply sheet membrane roofing system

Job Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial flat roofing
