About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Contractor and Builder Sales Representative to join the EAST District team, covering Oakbank, Winnipeg, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with contractors and builders, and increasing market share in building materials and interior finishes. You’ll work closely with the in-house team to provide expert solutions to clients while spending most of your time out in the field.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales, particularly in the building materials industry. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are confident in executing long- and short-term sales strategies. Knowledge of interior finishes, lumber, and the sales process is highly valued. You are adaptable, outgoing, and comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve results.
