Job Description

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on leadership and handson experience with key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 10 testers while performing handson testing. This role involves managing quality of applications endend across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage endend quality of application development lifecycle.

Optimize and manage resources across the testing lifecycle.

Plan manage and lead the design and execution of test strategies plans scenarios.

Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders.

Establish proactive monitoring and application health dashboards and remain handson on granular details.

Provide practical insights on testing and user stories during development phase.

Incorporate AI and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Must Haves :

Solid understanding of endend application development lifecycle and pitfalls

Expertise in proactively identifying gaps in user stories and following through with test management processes.

Leadership experience managing a team of 10 testers .

Handson with manual and automated testing tools and processes in serviceoriented architecture.

Handson with SQL and database testing (SQL Server Oracle MS Access).

Proficient in project management practices.

Solid experience in managing quality of large and complex technical portfolio

Proficient in understanding of unit testing coverage.

Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.

Nice to Have :

Use of AI in Software Testing

Experience with Java CURAM and Oracle

Familiarity with AODA testing tools.
