Reports To : Chef and Sous Chef

Classification : FT and PT positions available

Wage : $18 - $20 - Based on Experience

Summary : This position is responsible for the efficient operations of all kitchen systems, a positive atmosphere, and a lasting impression to all guests with our highest standards in taste, presentation and consistency of our menu items.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Under the guidance of the chef you will execute assigned duties as required, including prep, cooking, deep cleansetc.
• Promote a positive teamwork environment.
• Perform all line and prep duties with competency and efficiency
• Cohesively work with the rest of the BOH team.
• Promoting a safe, clean sanitary working environment.
• Complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Opening / Closing and side duties as per the Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitoring and ensuring the highest level of food safety.
• Consistently following kitchen standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a positive and committed Go above and beyond attitude.
