Senior Scrum Master

Role : Senior Scrum Master

Locations : Mississauga, ON

Duration : 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

• Experience working as a Scrum Master in a within a truly Agile environment.
• Hands on experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban practices, Confluence, Jira, Collaboration Tools, and Reporting.
• Experience leading large scale enterprise transformation projects with global and cross functional teams in Agile environment.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint, and Release planning.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts.
