- Carry out repairs to faulty security systems
- Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance;
- Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards;

- Transmit usage recommendations to customers;

MUST have a valid training certificate in one or more of the following products : Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure,
MUST have at least 3 years of recent experience working as a field service or installation technician at an electronic security company.
