About the role
If you’re passionate about helping others and are known for your excellent communication and people skills, we may be a good fit! As a Sales & Customer Service agent, you’ll become a trusted advisor in helping Canadians protect the things they care about.
We’ll provide you the mentorship and training as you pursue your career goals, and your success will be recognized with our annual bonus plan and accelerated career path which will provide you with an opportunity for promotion after six months in the role.

Your schedule :
During the first 3 months (training period), your schedule will be 35 hours / week, Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. during the first 2 months, then Monday to Friday from 10 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. during the last month.
After training, you will work on an evening schedule of 40 hours / week, Monday to Friday from 11 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m., with one Saturday out of 4 in rotation.

At belairdirect, you will benefit from a hybrid work model that will allow you to reconcile work and family and you will be based in our Quebec Office ( Boulevard des Galeries)
