About The Role

• The Outside Maintenance Technician ensures that all aspects of the grounds and outdoor areas of Sifton-owned townhomes, common areas, and parks are well-maintained and safe, providing a pleasant environment for our tenants and the community.
• In addition to landscaping, patio levelling, retaining walls, and drainage, the Outdoor Maintenance Technician is responsible for exterior building maintenance and repair, including roofs, eavestroughs and soffits, window and door sills, brick repair, garbage collection, and snow removal, shovelling and salting.
