Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to oversee and execute all marketing efforts across digital, traditional, and local channels. Reporting directly to ownership, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness, with a focus on both B2C and B2B marketing to expand our fleet business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels, including digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, social media), traditional (direct mail, print, radio), and local store marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to build brand presence.
  • Oversee email and retention marketing to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing initiatives to grow our fleet business, including partnerships, outreach campaigns, and industry-specific advertising.
  • Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to each market.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure effectiveness.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends to keep our brand ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with ownership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and company vision.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in multi-location retail, franchise, or automotive industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience in traditional and local marketing strategies.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and fleet business growth strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with ownership and team members.
