Site Superintendent - Construction

Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale industrial, commercial, and warehouse projects across Canada. This leadership role requires a hands-on construction professional with a proven ability to manage complex builds exceeding 60,000 sq. ft., coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive results under accelerated timelines.

Pay Rate : $130k / year.

Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :

Manage all field and site operations for assigned construction projects.

Supervise and coordinate self-performed and subcontracted work.

Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and change management.

Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and contract requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to achieve project milestones.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to on-site teams and subcontractors.

Navigate tight-access zones and complex site logistics.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality and safety standards. Requirements :

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in industrial, commercial, or warehouse construction.

Proven track record managing projects of 60,000 sq. ft. or larger.

Skilled in site logistics, accelerated timelines, and high-performance project delivery.

Skilled Trade Certification is an asset.

Strong leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools.
