Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment process from intake to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support them through the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding top talent.
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process, acting as a brand ambassador for Johnston Group while showcasing our culture in creative and engaging ways.
  • Develop innovative talent attraction strategies, leveraging diverse sourcing methods such as networking events, social media, and niche communities to connect with passive candidates and

build strategic talent pipelines.

  • Represent Johnston Group at career fairs and networking events with educational institutions and community organizations, promoting our employer brand and creating memorable first
  • impressions.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic full-cycle recruitment.
  • RPR Designation and CPHR designation (or working towards).
  • Expertise in recruiting for specialized roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate the impact of various decisions effectively.
  • Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities, with experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proven track record of addressing challenges confidently and effectively.
  • Experience utilizing recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.
  • Capability administering and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • In-depth knowledge of labour market trends.
