About the Company :
Our Client is looking for a Project Manager (PM) who will oversee construction, engineering, and performance contracting projects, ensuring smooth project operations from start to finish.
This role involves coordinating a team of professionals, promoting company values, and managing project compliance and documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Advocate the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Ensure compliance with internal programs and legal requirements.
- Develop project management plans and specifications, providing input on design, scheduling, cost-saving measures, and risk mitigation.
- Support work breakdown structures (WBS), cost accounts, and earned value methodology.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, reporting project progress regularly.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and participate in executive-level meetings.
- Manage safety and quality efforts, develop and maintain project schedules, and monitor daily Labor, Equipment, and Materials (LEMs).
- Monitor project metrics, costs, and budgets, secure change orders, and ensure required inspections.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts and resolve challenges with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager. PMP Designation.
