We’re looking for a Software Development Team Lead to provide technical leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development team as we keep growing. This role exists to strengthen technical decision-making, improve delivery consistency, and support the growth and effectiveness of our developers. This is a high impact role in a fast-growing startup environment and an excellent opportunity for those looking for more freedom and responsibility. You will help shape our engineering culture, provide technical direction, and lead the delivery of software that directly impacts critical offshore operations.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure your team reliably delivers on commitments by unblocking teammates, sharpening scope, and correcting course when needed.
• Work with product managers and senior developers to translate product vision and customer needs into executable technical plans with clear, realistic scopes.
• Raise the technical bar through day-to-day people leadership : coaching developers, providing regular high-quality feedback, and helping the team grow.
• Directly contribute to development tasks when needed - you will balance hands-on contributions with effective coordination across your team.
• Help provide technical direction to developers by blending business goals, team perspectives, and your own judgment.
• Lead by example and foster a culture where developers take ownership of outcomes, quality, and continuous improvement.
